For many of our styles, a custom css or JS file is being loaded. In order to increase performance and reduce the number of files loaded by default, we should have these load via Skinr's feature to add a file for a specific style.

This feature requires a fix in Skinr to allow inheriting css/js files, which is only in the most recent development version. Postponed until Skinr creates a recommended release with the necessary fix.

Fixed in latest RC1 version of Fusion Core, using the latest 1.4 version Skinr.
