Hello.

I would like my users to be able to choose how many posts they see on the front page, or at least let them choose from 5, 10, 15 or 20.

Is this possible?

This would require a custom module to be written and likely store the value in a cookie or the users session or some such. There isn't an already exiting module that does this nor can it be done with any setting in core.
