Have a finished theme for Joomla... Yes I know YUCK! But at least they have seen the light.

Needs to be ported to Drupal.
the CSS is pretty good and modern, so that's not so much an issue. The issue is getting all the tedious parts working in Drupal. Need to implement drop downs via nice menus.
Need a good CSS themer who is availbale ASAP to have theme ported by Dec 3rd. You must understand how to do this, not learning, or know how to somewhat. Thanks :-)
