Since drupal 7 has added blockquote as an allowed to to its default filtered html filter, maybe we can add this feature too?

I have having to cut and paste messages - there should be a button where the message is put into the reply box.

Due to there being no blockquote in the default filtered html in drupal 6, not sure if it would be a good idea to have this in d6 too.
