thanks for this module--exactly what we needed. the zip code and paper selection parts work like a charm. but i consistently get this error on submit for vaild email addresses (that is, no email address is accepted...)

Your Email address is invalid.

i've done a clean uninstall/reinstall of the module a couple of times. any ideas?

i've since tried this on several fresh drupal installs on different servers and had the same result each time. ('Your Email address is invalid.') The module seems to be in moderate usage and no one else seems to have this issue, so it must be something we're doing, but we've followed the instructions to a t. any help appreciated.
