Hi All,

First of all. I am a nOOb to drupal. That said. I am having a problem getting the Widgets to work on my site. I have downloaded and installed the Navigate module on my ubuntu server in the modules folder and then activated all the Navigate Modules in the drupal module page (just like in the demo video). That all seems to work ok. I do get the steering wheel, and when i click it it opens up. That is where it ends.... The hoover overs seem work ok and show instructions, but I can not do a search in the 2 default fields that it opens with. when i click search nothing happens. I can open the preferences when I click on the cog wheel on the top and it does open with the default page to the right.

When I click on any of the widgets to try to add them nothing happens... They do not get added below...

One other thing I did notice.. there is a circle that spins around near the top of the widget.. like a working in background monitor. It constantly runs and never stops...

I attached a Picture if that helps.

Any help I could get would be helpful.. I think the module looks cool and would really like to use it.

Thanks jim

Hi,

I am not sure that helps but do you have Clean URL enable?
Did you look at http://drupal.org/node/563656 ?

Hello Him,

Have you tried installing the modules jQuery Update and jQuery UI? These two modules might fix this problem. PunchLine also makes a valid point about your clean URLs. I strongly recommend looking at your Apache logs to see if you're getting any 404's (File Not Found) errors.

Cheers,
Mark

I am using 6.x and 7.x versions of Navigate module on Ubuntu system from long time and they are working fine so closing this issue.
