Missing the Save button under Blog reply

Does anybody know why I would be missing the save button under blog replies........it does show under comments in a different area under articles.....Thanks for your help!

Please don't post duplicate threads. I've deleted the dupe, thanks.
As for your question-- check the comment settings on the blog content type an uncheck the preview required option if checked.
