it's a great module, thx. but if there are deep taxonomys it's confusing that all term are listed one below the other. could the layout changed to the following?:

-B2
-A11
-B1
-A12
-B2
A2
-A21
-B1

Thanks for your feedback. But the module is not really intended for tree-like taxonomy. I think it makes it more confusing if we display taxonomy A on the same tier with taxonomy B.
