I plan to co-maintain the existing Constant Contact module, this module only works on version 5 and the constant contact service has upgraded to a new API a while back, the existing developer has not released an update for over a year so the current module is basically abandoned.

I personally developed some code to use the new REST API for myself then did a drupal module for a few users that paid for it but happy to contribute this back to drupal under the GPL now :)

I'm in communication with the existing developer David Konsumer by email and he agreed to let me co-maintain this module:

I think he had problems integrating the new constant contact REST API and reached a dead end but did plan to update it one day he said, the new code is not compatible with the old code so we will have to fork it off and start new.
