How can I output child fields in views?

Either I get empty results (with no Reationships)
or the error like here http://drupal.org/node/300668#comment-1747022
with relationships.

Printing the whole Flexi-Field works,
but I only need the single (child) fiels.

Sorry, other threads didn't help me out...
A step by step guide would be appreciated.
