Views setup (arguments?) for specific case

I'm digging into the "more advanced" Views stuff, but am a bit lost now. Here's what I'm trying to achieve....

I've setup a Taxonomy list, which lists the sections as follows;

1. Section 1
- Child 1
- Child 2
2. Section 2
- Child 1
- Child 2
3. Section 3
- Child 1
- Child 2

All of the children have multiple parents. Here comes the tricky part, each specific taxonomy page (in which the views are called through the page.tpl.php files) should display a block with articles tagged with the section and childs. Thus as follows;

BLOCK 1 - ARTICLE LIST THROUGH VIEW, section 1, child 1

BLOCK 2 - ARTICLE LIST THROUGH VIEW, section 1, child 2

etc.

Could someone help me on how to pass the arguments through the .tpl.php file, creating the above result? Cheers!
