Issue Summary
When viewing a filter with inherited settings (eg: the Page view which uses the Default view's filter settings, basically anytime the update button reads "Update default display" when editing the filter settings) the "Display exposed filter as" shows "Default select list" regardless of the actual setting. The correct setting is respected, however, so this is just a UI issue. Though making a change elsewhere in the filter sets you back to "Default select list" which is not nice.
Workaround: Edit the filter settings using the Default view.

Fixed in HEAD.
Here's the patch in case anyone needs it before the next release rolls out.
