the attached patch fixes several issues for dblog_ext/dblog_filters at once (against 6.x-3.x-dev)

the individual patches are also provided separately (but committing them one by one will require re-roll some of them)
this is an "all in one" patch, which in addition fixes the coder's flags

bug fix: use double equals (instead of three) to compare $row->uid == 0

PS: the individual patch was already fixed as well 2009-11-25_fix_empty_username_for_Anonymous.patch
