I installed the latest dev version. Although now it works with IE, but I can't see the configuration option anywhere in Administration.
Where did it go?

...and the new install didn't 'remember' my previously selected languages. Now it is displaying other languages that I need to change, but can't find the admin location for this module.

The settings page is at /admin/settings/translatablecomments

If you've just installed the module, you may need to clear your cache at /admin/settings/performance before the menu system will load the page.
