I'm assuming this is a problem that can be fixed at the Ubercart.org website, rather than something that requires UC to be updated. When UC sends version information back to the mother ship, http://www.ubercart.org/statistics/report is returning a 404. That screws up the log, besides providing nothing useful for you.

However, UC should check for a 404 and report it as such in the log. *That* would require an update.

Ahh, yeah... this was removed from the 2.x branch and should be from 1.x as well.
