Fast-growing Shanghai-based, Western-managed marketing- and media services firm seeks hands-on Drupal development leader to design, plan, and develop new modules, features, and functionality on its network of Websites as well as a limited number of client sites. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Drupal development experience and a proven ability to design, develop, and maintain sites with transaction and payment functionality. The position will involve hands-on development as well as management and coaching of in-house and outside developers over time. We are seeking a committed, communicative team player who is interested in being a core team member of a small, but fast-growing and entrepreneurial organization. Compensation based on experience, including base salary, performance based bonus, and opportunities for equity participation. Work visa can be provided for non-PRC candidates. Solid English skills required. Chinese skills a strong plus. Preference for Greater China-based candidates.
