How do I remove the background from the adsense blocks? How do increase the size of the content ad block which doesn't fit my current ad size 468 x 60? Sorry for the newbie questions. I'm just trying to figure this out. Thanks!

From the adsense ad itself, there's nothing you can/should do as this is controlled by Google.

As to the blocks, you'll have to modify your theme's CSS files.
