PubMed Lookup on the Biblio Input form

Hi Kevin,

Rather than re-inventing too many wheels, I'm thinking that the code to place the lookup form on the Biblio input form should go into the pubmed_integeration_manual.module, so you will find a patch attached which will do that. Basically all this does is add a fieldset to the top of the input form the first time the user visits it. Entering a valid PMID into this form will populate and present the populated input form to the user for further refinement or saving. Let me know if you agree with this approach.
