I've just tried a fancy slide with a node queue and things worked as expected...except the thumbnails do not match the large image.

If you click on a thumb, the slideshow moves to another image.
As the slideshow advances, the highlight on the thumbs also does not match the image showing.

What happened?

Thanks

Is there any chance you can post a few screenshots to illustrate the problem as you're experiencing it? Thanks.

I'm having the same problem, but I have a few more clues as to why it's happening in my case.

First off, here's the example:
http://dev.totemproductions.com/commercial-interiors

As you can see, I'm using imagemenu and Fancy Slide seems to be hi-jacking the thumbnails from the Imagemenu erm... menu to display in the control bar. As there are three menu images, only for the fourth slide does the correct thumbnail display. Further, the Alt text displayed also belongs to the Imagemenu images.

Of course, it could be an Imagemenu issue, because if I remove the Imagemenu block, then Fancy Slide works as expected.

PS: I've already overridden the theme_imagemenu_item() function to remove the rollover code - don't know if that's helpful or not, but it obviously doesn't get rid of the problem.

Thanks for reporting this extra information. It sounds very much like both fancyslide and imagemenu are using the same id attributes in the HTML. This is something we will need to look into in more detail, but hopefully a fix won't be too hard if that's the case!

jamesbisset - thanks for this extra info. I can now see where my jQuery code is going wrong! :)
I'll test and hopefully provide a patch in the next day or two.

Many thanks,
Jack

Hey guys,
There's a patch attached to this post which should fix your mismatched thumbnail issues. I've given it a quick test and it seems to solve it.

Let me know if it does/doesn't work for you.

Cheers,
Jack

Oops. Don't bother with the first patch. This is the one you want. :)

Cheers,
Jack
