nicholas.alipaz commentedThis adds a checkbox to each agreement tab allowing the node to require a submission of the agreement everytime, not just when the users have never accepted the agreement.
This patch includes #642806: Add URL Aliases to Agreement Pages, since some of it may have needed the other.
