Description
This is a patch to align this module with this patch in Storm, http://drupal.org/node/643440. Which allows admin to set a default value for the billable field on timetracking nodes.

Sorry to cause trouble (or bike shed as the term is, I believe) - but as per my comment in #643440: Allow setting default for billable checkbox, I was going to use the word '_billable _' in the variable name when applying to Storm which will be a little more descriptive and future proof if we add default values for anything else - such as the 'billed' checkbox.
