I have a main site, with a series of entirely different sites working of the same codebase. Your typical multisite setup with all the various sites under /sites directory.

So I'm getting URL's when clicking on the thumbnail, and the download original links that look like this:

http://www.site1.com.au/sites/www.site1.com.au/files/images/amatt1.jpg

Its the same domain in both cases, and not the original drupal install domain (site0 if you like)

Obviously id just like http://www.site1.com.au/files/images/amatt1.jpg

I don't think this is anything to do with lightbox2 but rather your file system settings.
