Button show ok for uid1

Button doesn't show for other users
Message Unknown toolbar item "ImageBrowser appears even clearing browser cache and drupal cache.

This problem appears on iExplorer but not on Firefox

This problem is making the editor non usable at all in iexplorer

Disregard, this problem shows up only when using themes generated with the artisteer software, and is not related to the module itself.
