I've been using front page to have a custom front page for anonymous and then redirect logged in users their user profile page.
In the past I had created the front page simply by pasting the html in for anonymous. I did this so that the url of the front page only contained the domain and not the page url
I.E.
vs.
http://www.breakpal.com/workplace-wellness
However now that I have witched to panels for the front page I can no longer insert html but have to choose the redirect option. this gives me the url of http://www.breakpal.com/workplace-wellness
I'm concerned about SEO so want the front page to be just www.breakpal.com
Any suggestions on how to do this. I suspect that panels itself can probably handle this but haven't figured out a method.
Thank you
Phil

merlinofchaos commentedI don't really understand. I'm not sure this really should've been sent to Panels since it really sounds like it's a question about how frontpage works, and I haven't used that module in years so I really don't know anything about it.

Dublin Drupaller commentedhi Merlin,
However now that I have switched to panels
I took that to mean the poster is using panels instead of the front page module now..which is why I moved it.
Can the original poster clarify whether it's a front page.module support request or a panels.module request?

merlinofchaos commentedPanels doesn't have a redirect option, so if it's Panels I don't know what that would be.
