I had Mollom on my website and people where required to type in a captcha but couldn't find it anywhere. I had no idea what they were talking about and couldn't recreate the problem. So I removed Mollom and was done with it......... Until I joined http://www.ubercart.org and was asked by Mollom so submit a captcha but there was no captcha to submit. (Worked when the page was refreshed, but seems like a repeating bug.)
