I installed Marinelli theme on my drupal website and now i am not able to see logout box, i can see login , but once logged, cant see my account box or logout, please help.. any clue.... i am stuck..

Please read the sticky at the top of the forums you are posting to to ensure you are posting in the correct forum.

Under most circumstances if you've already installed drupal support questions should be placed in the post installation forum.

With reference to your question.
Check your navigation menu, in administer -> menus
the navigation menu, which is a default menu, like all other menus automagically creates a block for the menu which can be enabled in administer -> blocks.

I was not seeing any logout block, it had only login block which was placed in header.
