hi there..
i already installed this module but when i go to my profile page, i can not see the facebook form field...only seeing does not have a status. upper the avatar. please help me out..

Re-read your initial post and ask yourself if it's realistic for anyone to actually have an answer for that. Let me change the context of your question to make it more clear why you haven't given me any information whatsoever, and why it's therefore impossible for me to help you.

As far as I'm concerned, metaphorically, you may not even have the pipes hooked up.

Your question could mean "How do I set the permissions for a module," in which case you need serious help with Drupal, not FBSS; or it could mean "I'm building a custom theme and modifying user-profile.tpl.php, and I read through the theming documentation and I was using theme('facebook_status_form_display') but I only get "does not have a status" to show up instead of the form. I have these settings [X, Y, Z] and I'm testing with authenticated users and User 1 in FF, IE, Chrome, Safari, and Opera on OSX and Vista. This is a new FBSS install on a clean Drupal 6 install on localhost. I'm running PHP 5.2 with MySQL 5. The default Facebook-style Statuses block works fine, as does the theme function in a custom page. I've tried clearing all my Drupal and browser caches and I don't have any errors in my Drupal logs. I've also tried [A, B, C]."

Or, your question could mean anything in between.

First off..far that i know uid=1 isn't need a permission which is uid=1 can access anything, right??..even i already make permission for FBSS.

Second off, its not custom user-profile.tpl.php, its panel3, APK and author pane...and i already test it on garland, still can not see the form field

and the last thing is..im a newbie in drupal, so i wont dare to make a custom for expert level..hehehe,

hope this can help u to help me... sorry for this annoying question..but i really dont understand what i did...thanks ice

fix it....i dont know what happening but there's Facebook-style Statuses, one in "APK" and the second one is in "Miscellaneous" and the "work" is in Miscellaneous....what happening ?? but it fix my problem though... thanks ice once again u save me ... hehehe, but i got another problem ice, i have this warning message

yes..my VPS is CentOS, and i already try to fix with FBSS Troubleshoot, but the problem still wont fix..

secondly : when i use the "work" author pane (because i got two author pane showing up in panel3) the status didn't show up on the author pane..but when use "not work" author pane(this author pane not showing the add link UR)...the status show up... would u please give me another clue ?? dont mind if u save once again right ?? hehehe

I don't have the slightest clue what you said, although it sounds like your problem is with Author Pane and not with FBSS. All I can tell you is that the procedure described at http://drupal.org/node/551698#pcre will fix the error messages you posted, but only if you're using 6.x-2.x-dev (not 6.x-2.0).

that was im trying to say...i already following what the "FBSS Troubleshooting" told, but it still showing up....and this is only show when im visiting my own profile not other user profile, im uploading the picture for the example.. sorry again ice for this annoying problem
