I download the community module and paste it in modules folder, when i log in as admin, it showing the following error,

Module development forum is not for asking about modules. It is for users who are developing modules. Please try and do a better job of placing your forum posts. If you aren't sure always read the forum description or the sticky at the top of a forum.
What you seek there is indicative of you not having the dependencies required by the module you are trying to install. In this case you should read the readme.txt file and the install.txt file of the module you've downloaded and read the project page of the module in question.
In short, you need to download and install the tagadelic.module too.
