Hello.

Because of the fact that I am building my own stop-words list (greek) , several nodes got scanned with cron and many stop-words where added as keywords. How can I rebuild these nodes or how can I clear all keywords so that the module can take my new stop-words file into account? ( I know I can do it by uninstalling removing and reinstalling the module but..)

To rebuild keywords for node you can resave it.
To resave all nodes you can use PHP-snippet like I have published here: http://drupalcookbook.ru/recept/peresohranit-vse-dokumenty-sajta
