First visit in IE > no tab selected in (a) minipanel when tab is a node

Description
Case: panel (working fine) with some regions. One region has a minipanel with 3 tabs: just 3 nodes. When i visit this page with IE, the minipanel has no tab selected. I have to click one tab before it opens.
- when the first tab is not a node but just text, it works fine.
- CSS aggregation is on (admin/settings/performance >> Optimize CSS files >> on + cache flushed)
I couln't find a solution.

Tabs?
Are you talking about the tabs provided by the panels tabs style module? If so you need to file this against that module. I have no knowledge of how it selects what to display.
