, I only see the comment I am writing (see the attachment).
In the case this depends from the browser I am using, I see the issue while using Safari 4 for Mac OS X. I will verify if I have the same problem with other browsers.

avpadernoThe problem is not related with the browser; I have the same problem with Camino, and Firefox.
If I would have looked at the page source, I would have noticed the HTML output for the comment preview is missing.

heine commentedLikely due to #397616: non-admin users can't add comments to issues if previewing is required / #579900: Previewing comments is broken by FAPI change in Drupal core 6.14.

avpaderno@Heine: How does that affect me, considering that I am site maintainer (not administrator) for g.d.o?
The problem appears only on g.d.o; previewing comments in d.o works. What is the difference between d.o, and g.d.o?

gregglesWe use the live module for previewing which is affected by 579900 so until we deploy a new version of core g.d.o will suffer from this problem as well. I'm tempted to mark this "won't fix" because g.d.o just follows what d.o/pressflow do.

avpadernoI would mark it as postponed; at least the issue should still be visible, and other people would not report this again.
Anyway, knowing what causes the problem is enough.

avpadernoI installed Live on my test site, and comment preview works; the problem is not then caused by the module.
The first screenshot shows the preview I see when Live is not enabled for the content type, and the second screenshot shows the preview added from the module.
The test site runs the Drupal development snapshot that is reported as version 6.16-dev in the status report. I am not sure which version is running on Groups.drupal.org,

moshe weitzman commentedWe stopped using Live module when we moved to D6.
I just disabled comment_upload module which was requested by a few UX persons in the Szeged Drupalcon timeframe. I doubt it is used much. See #666680: Preview of comment not showing from its queue. Let us know if this fixed the problem
