We're undertaking a huge Development project in Drupal for Public Access TV with multiple contributors working on different aspects of a multi-faceted project. I know we aren't the first, but somehow we've been unable to find a useful project management tool/module that will allow us to list the various tasks, divvy up the work, have each party enter their own needs (and identify common needs), and so on.

Will you please share some of the tools you have used for coordinating large-scale, cooperative Drupal projects?

Did you check project, castetacker, task modules? Can be useful upto some extent.

Could you provide some more info on your project.
