I need help, the Web not responding when i try tu enter in administration page

the error is:

One or more problems are detected in Drupal instalation. Check state report.

But State report page not found

Please it is my Work of graduation !!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Disable Update module. (Sometimes can be a problem)
2. Flush Cache (Maybe cache issues?)
3. Check your database (Did you import/export it in any ways?)
4. Try to access "Recent logs" page to see what errors in detail

Thanks but i cant enter in administrator mode the error is it:

its related to views hmm, did you updated views module recently?
