Two additional great features for this module would be:

1. To show redirects from http://drupal.org/project/path_redirect
2. To provide a quick form (or maybe just a link to a form that should be added to path_redirect - I haven't thought of that enough) that would turn an alias into a redirect (i.e. delete the alias, create a redirect).

BTW #1 is already fixed in Path Redirect itself with #168877: Path-redirect as an option on the node form (add or edit). Interesting idea about turning aliases into redirects.

I fully support this functionality. Mostly I use this module for making manual vhost permanent redirects but this makes a lot more sense for most sites, especially since we should all be using path redirect anyhow. However as Show Alias is likely merging itself out of existence and the UI is already in Path Redirect, I humbly move this issue to the Path Redirect queue.

Moving feature requests to redirect.module for D7.

Subscribing - would like to be able to convert aliases into redirects - otherwise an easy method to import large numbers of redirects (maybe a CSV or some other format) would be really helpful (yes, I know that is a separate functionality, but could be a workaround for #2 in the original post).
