I just wanted to prove a point to someone that every page can have a different theme if needed. Someone was saying that drupal's theming system was too rigid.
Having proved my point, I am working on a more uniform color style.

The images are atrocious and reminiscent of a Geocities website in 1993. I'd strongly suggest you hire a graphic designer.

True the images have not been perfected.
However, the site is still a "diamond in the rough", a "work in progress". That is why I asked for advise.

Now, I have unified the images and put in more "roll over" effects. [Though the images are still going to be improved.]
Please let me know if the "preload images" bit is working. Do you have to wait for the roll over images to appear?

Looks good. Maybe hone in your color scheme? ...food for thought. Are you running this as a Multi-Site installation? That would be neat.

Thanks. It is just a matter of having a separate "page-front.tpl.php" file and the rest is some CSS positioning magic.

Good concept but colours and images need bringing into 2010. They look terribly dated which brings the whole site down from a design perspective. Otherwise good achievement.
