Hide the location form fields in the node edit form, when location.module is enabled

When location.module is enabled, it already adds its own form fields that allow users to insert the location relative to the node being viewed.
In that case, Nodewords should not show its own form fields. The users would see two different form fields to insert a location, and this could confuse them.
