The table at admin/people which displays a list of all the user accounts is missing the "edit" link in the operations column of the table. See screenshot. Attached patch fixes this.

For clarification. The screenshot in #1 shows the word "Edit" capitalized. However, the patch that got committed uses "edit" instead. I took the screenshot before making that change. Lowercase is consistent with other use cases.
