I am looking for a good theme or module (or both) that I can use to convert my static HTML site to a Drupal site. I have my resume, samples of projects and work as well as other information for promoting my work and capabilities. My current site can be seen at http://www.hcbridges.net.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate them.

doesn't look like you have enough content to worry about content conversation from that site. you can simply recreate it in drupal as nodes.
As far as the theme goes, you will have to investigate converting it from static to drupal. There are no modules that specifically do that for you.
