Proof-read & publish node on command-line testing.

I added a simple node to document a touch on command-line testing.

It is really very basic, the aim being to give user a starting point of reference for command-line testing.
I am not exactly the best at english, so anyone familiar with the command-line and decent in english, having a minute to proof-read /node/645286, would be great and appreciated.

This may be a good starting point on a bit of documentation for command-line testing.
If not needed I guess the post should be deleted.
