Thank you for integrating booktree with insertnode. This is great. I have been trying to find a way to show my book outline in a block (I am not a coder) and when I saw booktree and insertnode integration I thought very cool.

So I did some testing on your 1.x-dev and it works okay except for collapsed. It starts in the uncollapsed position. I believe collapsed means start in the collapsed position.

Just thought this might be helpful. If you get a chance to fix this, my world will rock ;-)
