[Resolved] Modifying the language switcher

Hi,

I've been trying to figure out the whole day how to customize the language switcher. What seemed to be a piece of cake has ended up in hours of searching and experimenting.

Basically, I just want to have the language switcher displayed horisontally only as icons/flags. Something like this, but as icons: [EN] [DE]

Not really necessary, but it would also be nice if only the flag of the opposite language shows up. For example if I'm on the English page, only the German flag should appear in the header.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
