I have FCK editor installed for blogs and pages, but my forums are public and I do not want people to be able to be able to post in FULL HTML, (too many spam posts w/ links to external stores etc) however I can't find anywhere to set that in the forum module (or the wysiwyg) settings.

I'm still new to Drupal, so please forgive me if this question has an obvious answer.
