hello everybody
i am running a drupal site in arabic langauge, suddenly and out of no reason all links turned into question marks !! i restored the database from a backup and that worked but few days later that happened again

any idea what is happening?

Next time this happens, keep track of everything you've done right up to when the ? appear. Did your computer come default with Arabic or did it come with English? Are you using UTF-8? Are you sure you didn't accidentally add a BOM (Byte Order Mark)?

When the error happens again, leave it broken, post a page link here and say what you are typing your text in (in Drupal or importing from another editor or word processor?). We'd need to see the charset, as ? usually mean a charset issue (the server must match the documents!).

thanks for your reply

1) When this happens i test from different computers in different places (by calling friends)
so its not a display issue on my local pc

2) if this happened again i will update this post

any idea why do the admin see everything correctly while anonymous users see question marks!!!
sounds really weird!!
