add possibility to subscribe to multiple arguments

I'd like o add the possibility to permit to users registering to chose if receive emails filtered by:
user role
terms
taxonomy
some other way to filter users

practically, for example uers interested abou restaurant are not interested about furniture etcc..
just filter type of interests in some way.
