cntlscrut commentedIn a sense the system already allows for that to happen.
you may enter the path "/node/[nid]" or if you're site is using the pathAuto module plus token you may enter the full url alias to the node. Wherein yo may apply tagging settings that will exists for just that node.
But, I can see a table listing nodes in the system where a user may more easily create those settings.
I'll look into it.
