Very well done. This is easily one of the best themes currently available for Drupal.

Is there any chance though for a wider or even fluid version with 3 columns? I know that this is just a port and that changing it might influence the overall impression. Just asking since the width might be a limiting factor.

A fluid and/or wider version is unlikely. Other than the logo and header I only had binary graphic files available for the port. You could achieve a three-column effect by formatting the sidebar blocks to display in two columns via the Skinr settings. The color background styles wouldn't work with this configuration, though.

If it's Fusion, then shouldn't you make the theme accept all of Fusion's layout options? Seems counter-intuitive of Fusion's flexibility.
