Error after installing on hosted drupal 4.7.0

After installing the module, I click on the "modules" menu and I get this:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _administration_sub_dashboard_page() (previously declared in /home/duggoff/public_html/site/modules/administration/administration.module:125) in /home/duggoff/public_html/site/modules/administration/zadministration.module on line 148

I've got the same exact thing. this is on a recently updated 4.7.2 - but administration didn't want to work on 4.7.0 or 4.7.1.
i had it working on 4.6.5. wonder if i have something sitting around in my SQL database that's messing it up. i'll check it out.
