"Printer, e-mail and PDF versions" block should have BLOCK_CACHE_PER_PAGE, not default BLOCK_CACHE_PER_ROLE

Sorry for re-opening this issue,

when i enable the "Block cache" in performance settings, anonymous user sees wrong links on the print block. They see the links to print front page.

Is it related with this issue?

Yes, it is related to this issue. The fix was applied to the module in January, but I haven't had the time to create a newer release since then..

I need this fix applied to my install of this module.
Is it possible for you to release the new version that includes this fix

Just get the dev version, if you really need it. The module needs some heavy testing before I can create a general release.
