I've created a admin view that allows filtering the list of active subscriptions by user and that part is working great. However I can't find a field that inserts a link to Edit/Drop a subscription in the fields list.

I'm currently looking under the Notifications group in the Add fields interface.

Are these links located somewhere else?

It also doesn't appear that the subscription ID is being exposed either so I can't rewrite the output of another field to be a link.
