attached is a document with the examples
nevertheless, difficult to put such huge table within hook help or even in the README.txt
... perhaps advanced_help?

PS: attachment should be renamed to .html, appended .txt due to upload extensions restriction

Advanced help seems the better solution, and it could be used for those long descriptions that appear in some fields.
